The Pennsylvania Department of Education mandates that every school district creates a Comprehensive Plan every three (3) years. A school entity shall make its comprehensive plan, professional education plan, and induction plan available for public inspection and comment for a minimum of 28 days prior to approval of the plan by the school entity's governing board and submission of the plan to the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

The Comprehensive Plan for July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027 was approved by the NASD Board of School Directors in March 2024.
