Students and staff will follow a Virtual Instruction Day schedule, which includes live synchronous instruction in the morning and independent asynchronous assignments in the afternoon.

Candy cane sales are happening during lunches for the rest of the week. Candy canes cost $1 and help us raise money for our student council. Please help us by reminding your scholars to purchase a candy cane gram at lunch!

Some of Blockson’s 5th grade scholars researched Native American tribes as an extension to their ELA novel, Thunder Rolling in the Mountains, and in celebration of Native American Heritage Month for Social Studies. They were required to research, create a poster, and present their work to the class.
