Thank you Taylor and Laurel for teaching our 4th graders about service dogs and how a service dog can help someone with a disability. Our 4th graders have been learning about having a great heart in our Wit and Wisdom Program. Laurel is a cardiac alert dog.

In today’s Language Arts class, Ms. Freeman’s and Mrs. Windheim’s students participated in a book tasting. They “tasted” a book from our Wit and Wisdom curriculum called Love that Dog. Students explored figurative language, annotated a poem, and brought their poetry to life.
Our 4th graders learned about CPR from John Shoen from Shoen Safety.
Last week in Geodes 1st grade read “The Story in the Cave” and learned about cave art. Mrs. Schell’s students created their own cave art!
