Vice Principal
Dr. Harper joined the Norristown School District in 2012. She began her career in education as an Elementary teacher in the School District of Philadelphia in November 2003; there, she taught fourth-grade and Test Taking Strategies. In 2005, she joined the North Penn School District where she taught fourth, fifth and sixth grade. When she joined the Norristown Area School district in 2012, she taught second grade at Hancock. In 2013, she moved to Eisenhower Science and Technology Leadership Academy where she taught sixth and seventh grade ELA.
Dr. Harper earned her Bachelor’s degree from Eastern University and a Master’s degree in Education with a Reading Specialist Certification from Gwynedd Mercy College. She received her second Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Cabrini College. Dr. Harper earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership K-12 from Immaculata University.
Ms. Harper lives in Norristown, PA, with her fur-kid Spartacus. She enjoys reading, the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.
