Gotwals, Families Celebrate Children

On Wednesday, April 30th, Gotwals teachers and staff celebrated students during this year’s Day of the Child celebration.  While it may have been pouring rain outside, inside the school was festive and full of energy.  Students participated in a variety of centers and activities, including musical performances, dancing, art, and reading.  This year's special guests included, author and illustrator, Lyndsay Barrett George, Senator Dailyn Leach, Montgomery County Commissioner, Josh Shapiro, Montgomery County Commissioner, Leslie Richards, Montgomery County Treasurer, Jason E.
