There are approximately 940 students currently attending East Norriton Middle School in Grades 5 through 8. Our students come from every area of the district and each one brings unique talents and abilities to our school. We challenge all students every day to become the best that they can be in all subjects and activities. We are proud to say that 84.7% of our Alegbra I students passed their Keystone exams. East Norriton students also earned 3rd place in PECO PEEP competition and have had students published in a book by Healthy Times. We work hard every day to live up to our motto…Pride in Accomplishment.
In addition to academic excellence, we offer our students a variety of performance programs that include Concert Band, Orchestra, Chorus, Marching Band, Drama Club and Jazz Band. Students in the 7th and 8th Grades are permitted by PIAA regulations to participate in the many sports teams we field: Baseball, Basketball, Field Hockey, Football, Lacrosse, Softball, Soccer, Track, Volleyball, and Wrestling. The many trophies and banners that have been won by students in these activities attest to our pursuit of excellence and sportsmanship.
East Norriton also sponsors the East Norriton Middle School Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society, recognizing and developing students who lead the way in scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. We also offer our students the opportunity to serve our students and community through Student Council.
Our mascot, the Bulldog, is known for its tenacious attitude and for never giving up. Bulldog Pride is everywhere at East Norriton, from the classroom to the stage to the athletic field. East Norriton is a place where Pride in Accomplishment is more than a motto – it’s a way of life.
